Flames was birthed from the sheer passion for cooking of their Founder, Ann Minnie Oommen who was later joined by her daughter, Liza Elizabeth Oommen. Together they have curated 22 masala powders that were made with the intention to make cooking easy for all age groups. They pride themselves in having products that are preservative free and homemade. Their USP is that they have made all the masala powders in the right proportions hence making cooking super easy for anyone using their masala powders. They also give recipe instructions for all their masala powders. They also make some Kerala specialities such as Chakka Vilaychathu, Aval Vilaychathu, Chamanthi Podi, Theyal Kuttu and Sugar-free Avalose Podi.
