Amcon Pavers & Projects Pvt Ltd kicked off its journey in 2004 as a private limited company, driven by a clear goal: to produce top-notch concrete products that meet the growing demands of infrastructure development in and around Kerala. Our commitment to clients and customers is all about delivering quality products and offering tailored services, which has become the cornerstone of our quality policy. To this day, we manufacture and market all our products exclusively under the AMCON brand, continuously striving to uphold the highest standards in both our products and processes. Our main offerings include high-density concrete paver blocks in a variety of patterns, polymer-molded reflective paver blocks in different shades, as well as essential retaining materials like curbstones and retaining wall blocks. We also provide other building materials, including solid blocks and eco-friendly options like fly ash bricks.
The company boasts a fully automated manufacturing plant in Mattakuzhi, Cochin, valued at 100 million, with the capacity to produce heavy-duty products covering around 20,000 square meters each month. This state-of-the-art facility operates with top-notch imported machinery from HESS, part of the Topwerk group in Germany. The handling, mixing, and conveying of raw materials are managed by an automatic Mixing & Batching plant, which is supported by two cement silos. Additionally, the plant features a humidity-controlled curing chamber that ensures efficient and rapid curing of products, along with a spacious stockyard for organized product stacking. Every step of the process is carried out with the highest quality and care. We manufacture paver blocks in thicknesses of 65mm, 80mm, and 100mm for our Unipaver products, and 65mm for our Rectangular Products. Plus, our facility includes a lacquered finished tile production unit, capable of producing 10,000 square meters per month.
