MAAT Fitness Center, located in Colachel (Kanayakumari District), was introduced in October 2017. Our aim is to create a positive impact on the society with health and fitness awareness thus helping the society keep fit and feel good about lead. We also wish to go the extra mile in helping society to help people quit smoking, drinking and all other poor habits and lead a more fit and peaceful life. Our rapid growth that we have managed to made in the short time frame can be attributed directly to the trust the members have placed in us, thus benefiting from our expert advice, supervision, continual upgrades to our facilities and ongoing results-based approach. The fitness center has been equipped with world class modern equipment's for both cardio & strengthening.
