You can pay using credit cards, debit cards, and UPI platforms like Google Pay, PhonePe, BHIM, Paytm, and even through bank net banking. All transactions are processed via the reliable Razorpay gateway, which employs encrypted technology to keep your information safe. When making a card payment, just make sure to enter your sixteen-digit card number, expiry date, and CVV code accurately. For UPI payments, you'll need a valid UPI ID or your registered mobile number. Once your payment goes through, you’ll see it on your bank statement as a transaction to Sathwagreen Organics or the registered proprietor. If you notice that a payment has been deducted from your account but your order isn’t confirmed on our website, don’t hesitate to reach out to our customer support team right away. Just provide them with your transaction reference number, the amount, your mobile number, email address, and the date and time of the payment. We’ll check in with the payment gateway to either process your order or initiate a refund according to banking timelines. Rest assured, your payment details are handled with the utmost care by the payment gateway, and we never store card numbers or UPI information on our systems.
Sathwagreen Organics is proud to ship orders all over India using reliable courier partners. When you check out, you'll see the shipping and handling fees based on the weight of your products, how they’re packaged, and where they’re headed. Typically, we aim to dispatch most orders within two to three working days, but during busy times like festivals or sales, it might take a bit longer—up to five to seven days. The delivery time really depends on your pin code and the capabilities of the courier service in your area. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you an email or SMS with your tracking number so you can keep an eye on it. We take great care in packing all our products securely with tamper-proof materials to ensure they arrive safely. If your delivery package looks torn, damaged, or tampered with, please don’t accept it and let us know right away. Orders placed on Saturdays after noon, on Sundays, or during national holidays will be shipped out the next business day. If your shipment shows as delivered but you haven’t received it, please report a delivery dispute within twenty-four hours so we can investigate. For any issues like missing items, damages, or shortages, make sure to reach out within twenty-four hours of delivery, and include clear photos and an unboxing video. In some areas, reverse pickup might not be an option, so you may need to return the product using a standard courier and send us the shipping receipt. Please note that products with more than three months left until expiry aren’t eligible for return; however, those with less than three months may be considered for refunds or replacements after verification.
